No physical delivery or shipping is involved — all content is digital.

Account & Login Issues

• Use the “Forgot password” option to reset access

• Check your spam folder for reset emails

Subscription & Billing

• Freadio works on a subscription model

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account

• Access remains active until the end of the billing period

• No refunds are available once digital access is provided

Payments & Security

All payments on Freadio are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

Content Access

• Content is available online through your account

• Some content may be downloadable where permitted

• Sharing accounts or redistributing content is not allowed
